Frequently Asked Questions
If my dog goes on group walks, how many other dogs will he/she go out with?
Because safety is our number one concern, we limit our group walks to four dogs, so your dog will only ever go out with three other pups max.
Are you insured?
Yes! We are insured and bonded with Pet Sitters Associates.
Will I need to provide poop bags?
Nope, All Ears supplies their own poop bags.
How much notice do you need to schedule walks?
We ask for all walks for the following day to be booked no later than 6 pm, although more notice is greatly appreciated. If you have a regular schedule, we can set you up on a recurring appointment so you can set it and forget it.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any walk for the following day up until 10 pm the night before. Anything cancelled after that or the day of, will result in the regular charge.
I'm just outside your coverage area in X neighborhood, can you still help me?
Unfortunately since All Ears is a small operation, we do have a strict coverage area of the East Side of Providence and Oak Hill Pawtucket.
Do you have a facility for overnights?
Nope, all overnights will either be in your home or Steph's home, depending on your preference and circumstances.
What do overnights include?
We think dogs should have the same amount of exercise, love and care even when their owners have to be away! Overnights cover everything in a 24 hour period, including feedings, all walks, love and snuggle time. We try and keep their schedule as similar to their regular schedule as possible.
Can you provide references?
Yep! References can be provided upon request.
How can we get started?
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 401-484-0575 and we can schedule a free consultation to meet you and your pup and learn about all your needs!
